How do I add a retailer to a campaign?

To add a retailer to a campaign:

1. Navigate to the campaign.

2. Click on the 'Retailers' header.

3. Click 'Add Retailer'.

4. On the side panel that appears, find a retailer and click the 'Select dealer' button at the bottom.
