Proposal data types

This article describes each of the six data categories available on the Proposal statistics page.

Calls to Action

This section covers customer-initiated actions.

  • Print quote — the total number of customers that have printed finance quotations.
  • Email quote — the total number of customers who used Email me this quote to receive a finance application.
  • Lead generated — the total number of leads created by Email me this quote.

Finance Applications

This section shows data on each stage of a customer's finance application.

  • Opened — the total number of finance applications opened.
  • Lead generated — the total number of leads generated by the finance application.
  • Form submitted — the number of customers that completed and submitted a finance application.
  • Drop off — the percentage of customers that started but did not finish a finance application.
  • Successful lender submission — the total number of finance applications sent to the lender.
  • Unsuccessful lender submission — the total number of failed finance application submissions.

Product Popularity

Presented as a pie chart, Product Popularity shows how popular each finance product is — for example, how many customers prefer cash to hire purchase.

Proposal Statuses

Proposal Statuses are also presented as pie charts. They show the percentage of proposals that have been approved, referred to an underwriter, and so on.

Part Exchanges

This section contains data on the part exchange journey.

  • Opened — the number of customers that have opened the Part Exchange journey.
  • VRM lookups — the number of customers who searched for vehicle registration marks during the part exchange process.
  • Drop off — the percentage of customers who started part exchange but did not finish.
  • Valuations — the total number of VRM valuations performed on the Part Exchange journey.
  • Distinct VRM valuations — the total number of unique VRM valuations performed on the Part Exchange journey.
  • Discuss opened — the total number of customers who opened the Discuss Your Valuation form.
  • Leads generated — the total number of leads generated from the Part Exchange journey, visible in the Leads tab.

Reservations

This section shows four data points for the reservation process.

  • Started — the number of reservations started.
  • Lead generated — the number of leads generated from reservations.
  • Completed — the number of reservations completed.
  • Payment taken — the number of reservations where payment was taken.
