Filtering, downloading and printing proposal statistics

This article explains how to filter Proposal statistics by date and retailer, export data as a CSV file, and print the page.

Filtering proposal statistics

1. Use the date parameters at the top of the page to choose a specific date or date range.

2. Select retailers individually, or choose Toggle all to include all retailers. The page updates automatically to show the results.

Downloading proposal statistics

1. Select Export at the top left of the page.

2. In the panel that appears, enter specific dates or select a date range.

3. Choose an export type:

   • Export by Organisation — downloads a CSV file of retailer data, including the number of applications started and completed, Point of Sale leads generated, and more, across all locations.
   • Export by Customer — downloads a CSV file of customer information, including the customer reference and proposal status. This provides another way to track a customer's journey.

Printing proposal statistics

1. Select Print at the top left of the page, next to the Export button.
