How do I exclude vehicles from finance on adverts?

To remove finance options from vehicles, you'll need access to the Codeweavers Promotions tool.

Gaining access to Promotions 

To gain access to the Codeweavers Promotions tool, email support@codeweavers.net to request that a new user be added to your account — remember to include your Dealer ID (DID) with your request. 

Once the Promotions tool is enabled, you can access it via Showroom's navigation panel.

Removing finance options from a vehicle in an advert

1) In Showroom, select Promotions on the navigation panel to arrive at the Promotion Packages page.

2) Select Create a new Promotion to arrive at the Create Promotion page.

3) On the vehicle card, select a vehicle type and click the Add Vehicle button.

a) Choose VIN from the Identifier Type drop-down menu.

b) Add the vehicle's VIN you want to exclude. 

You can add multiple vehicles to the promotion by repeating the process.

4. On the Discounts card, select Block Finance and click the Add Discount button.

5. On the Restrictions card, Click Create a New Package button.

a) Enter a name and select start and end dates for the exclusion.

If you want the exclusion to start right now, pick a date before today. For long-term exclusions, pick an end date well into the future.

b) Select the products, organisations, and availability you want to exclude.

6. Name the promotion (e.g., VIN Exclusion) and click Create Promotion.

You've successfully set up an exclusion for finance options on your adverts. It will look something like the one below.
