Creating an offer

Create a new offer by selecting a vehicle, adding a title and description, and setting the dates for which the offer is active.

Before you begin

Your Point of Sale stock must contain at least one vehicle before you can create an offer. If your stock is empty, add vehicles before continuing.

Create a new offer

Select a vehicle

  1. In your Point of Sale portal, navigate to Offers.
  2. Click Create offer. The vehicle selection panel opens.

The panel gives you four ways to find a vehicle:

  • VRM — enter the vehicle's registration number to look it up directly
  • VIN — enter the Vehicle Identification Number
  • Selection — browse by make, model, and derivative
  • Stock — search your linked vehicle inventory by make, model, or derivative

  1. Select the tab for how you want to search, find your vehicle, and click Select vehicle.

Complete the offer details

The offer form opens with the selected vehicle pre-filled.

  1. Enter a Title for the offer.
  2. Optionally, enter a Description.
  3. Set the Valid from and Valid to dates using the date pickers.

  1. Click Save. Green checkmarks confirm each field has been saved successfully.

After saving, green checkmarks confirm the offer has been created. The offer becomes visible in your Point of Sale and on any connected websites from the Valid from date.
