Create a package to set the scope for your promotions — the finance products, organisations, vehicle availability, and date range they apply to.
Before you begin
You need at least one organisation configured in your Point of Sale account before creating a package.
Create a package
- In your Point of Sale portal, navigate to Promotions.
- Click Create Package for promotions. The Create Package form opens.
- Enter a Name for the package.
- Set the Valid From and Valid To dates using the date pickers.
- Under Products, tick the finance products this package applies to, or click Select all.
- Under Organisations, select which of your organisations the package covers, or click Select all.
- Under Availability, select which vehicle availability types apply — BuildToOrder, New, PreOwned — or click Select all.
- Click Create Package.
Once the package is saved, you can add promotions to it from the package's detail page.
Screenshots show example data. Your portal will look the same with your own organisation's packages and promotions.
