Remove a user from your Admin portal, revoking their access immediately.
Before you begin
You must have a Dealer Administrator role to remove users. Removal takes effect straight away — to restore the user's access you would need to re-invite them.
Removing a user
- Navigate to your Admin portal and click Users in the left-hand sidebar to open the Invite and Manage Users page.
- Find the user you want to remove in the table.
- Click the red delete icon on the right-hand side of their row.
- A yellow confirmation banner appears at the top of the page. Click Confirm to permanently remove the user, or Cancel to go back without making any changes.
