Viewing login activity

View a record of each team member's recent logins from the Users page, including the date, time, and browser used for each session.

Before you begin

Both Dealer User and Dealer Administrator roles can view login activity for users in their organisation. No special permission is required.

Viewing a user's login history

  1. Navigate to your Admin portal and click Users in the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Locate the user whose login history you want to review.
  3. Click the login activity icon to the right of their name.

Click the login activity icon on any user's row to open their login history.

A panel slides open on the right showing that user's recent login records, including the date, time, and browser for each session.
