View and update your organisation's details, and use the audit log to see a history of changes.
Before you begin
You must have a Dealer Administrator role to edit organisation details. A Dealer User can view organisation details but cannot make changes.
Open your organisation settings
- Log in to your Admin portal and go to the Dashboard.
- In the Organisation details card, click the edit icon in the top-right corner of the card.
Your settings open on the Details tab. Three tabs are available: Details, Policies, and Audit.
Update the Details tab
The Details tab is where you update the core information about your organisation. It is divided into three sections.
Details
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Is Active | Tick to keep the organisation active. Unticking it deactivates the organisation. |
| Trading Name | The name your organisation trades under. |
| Introducer | The introducer associated with this organisation. |
| Organisation Type | The type of organisation, for example Retailer Group. |
| Company Registration Number | Your registered company number. |
| FCA Number | Your Financial Conduct Authority reference number. |
| VAT Number | Your VAT registration number. |
Contact information
| Field | What it means |

| Email Address | The main contact email for the organisation. |
| Phone Number | The main contact telephone number. |
| Fax Number | Fax number, if applicable. |
| Website | Your organisation's main website URL. |
| Offers Website | A separate URL for an offers or promotions page, if applicable. |
Address
The Address section holds your organisation's registered or trading address, including house name, street, city, county, country, postcode, and optional latitude and longitude coordinates.
Save your changes
- Make your changes across any of the three sections.
- Click Update organisation at the bottom-right of the page.
- In the Reason for change panel that appears, enter a brief description of why you are making the change.
- Click Save. A confirmation message appears at the top of the page once the update has been applied.
Review changes in the Audit tab
The Audit tab provides a log of all changes made to your organisation's details. Each entry shows:

|---|---|
| Applied At | The date and time the change was saved. |
| Reason | The reason entered at the time of saving. |
| Username | The username of the person who made the change. |
| Name | The full name of the person who made the change. |
