Creating a quote

Start a new finance quote by selecting a customer type and choosing a vehicle. Once the vehicle is confirmed, you can proceed to the finance application.

Starting a quote

You can start a new quote from several places in your Point of Sale portal:

  • Welcome banner — click Create Quote on the banner at the top of the dashboard.
  • Navigation panel — click Create Quote in the left-hand navigation panel.
  • Vehicle carousel — scroll down to the vehicle carousel, find a vehicle, and click New Quote on its card.

Whichever method you use, a pop-up appears asking you to select the customer type and vehicle type. Make your selections and click Continue.

Selecting a vehicle

  1. On the vehicle selection screen, use the filters to narrow your results. You can filter by New, Used, Current vehicles (available stock only), or Electric vehicles.
  2. To search by identifier, enter the vehicle's VRM, VIN, or stock ID in the search field.
  3. Click on the vehicle you want to select it.

Confirming the vehicle

  1. Review the vehicle details — manufacturer, model, and specification.
  2. Click Confirm Vehicle to confirm your selection.
  3. Click Continue to Application to move to the finance application form.

Review the vehicle details, then click Confirm Vehicle.
