View and search the leads captured when customers interact with your products, such as saving a finance quote or reserving a vehicle.
What is a lead?
A lead is created when a potential customer interacts with one of your products — for example, by saving a draft finance application or reserving a vehicle online. Each lead contains the details captured during that interaction.
Navigating to the Leads page
You can reach the Leads page in two ways:
- Click View all Leads on the leads card on the dashboard.
- Click Leads in the navigation panel.
Searching for a lead
- On the Leads page, use the search bar to find a specific lead. You can search by surname, VRM, postcode, or location.
- The list updates as you type to show matching results.
Opening a lead
- Click on any lead in the list to open it.
- You will arrive at the lead's Overview page, which shows the customer's details and the activity associated with that lead.
