Viewing stock history

View a log of changes made to your vehicle stock, including vehicles that have been added, updated, or removed.

Navigating to stock history

1. In the navigation panel of your Inventory portal, click Stock History.
2. The Stock History page opens, showing a log of all changes made to your inventory.

Reading the history log

Each entry in the history log shows:

• The date and time the change was made
• The type of change — for example, vehicle added, updated, or removed
• The vehicle affected, identified by VRM or stock ID
• The user who made the change

Click on any entry to see the full details of that change.

Filtering history entries

1. Use the date range filter at the top of the page to narrow entries to a specific period.
2. You can also filter by vehicle VRM, stock ID, or change type using the search and filter controls.
