If you are prompted to verify your email when logging in but the verification email does not arrive, the steps below will help you resolve the issue.
What this issue looks like
After entering your login details, you see a screen asking you to verify your email address. You wait for the verification email, but it does not appear in your inbox.
Steps to resolve the issue
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Verification emails can be filtered automatically. Look for an email from support@codeweavers.zendesk.com.
- Check you are looking at the right email account. Make sure you are checking the inbox for the email address you used to register your Codeweavers account. If you are unsure which address that is, try any other email accounts you own.
- Request a new verification email. On the verification screen, select Resend verification email and check your inbox again.
- Add the sender to your safe senders list. Add support@codeweavers.zendesk.com to your contacts or safe sender list to prevent verification emails from being filtered in future.
- Try a different browser or clear your browser cache and cookies. Cached data can occasionally cause the verification screen to behave unexpectedly. Clearing your cache and cookies, or switching to a different browser, can resolve this.
- Contact Codeweavers support. If none of the above steps resolve the issue, contact Codeweavers support and include your registered email address so the team can locate your account.
