Switching between workspaces

Workspaces allow you to switch between different branded versions of the Codeweavers platform. If you have access to more than one, you can move between them without logging out.

What is a workspace?

The Codeweavers platform is used by a number of organisations — including lenders, partner networks, and dealer groups — who offer it under their own branding. Each of these represents a separate workspace. The core functionality is the same across all workspaces; what changes is the branding and a small number of organisation-specific rules.

For example, MotoNovo Finance offers a version of the platform called MotoPro. If you work with MotoNovo, you will access the platform through the MotoPro workspace rather than the standard Codeweavers workspace. Other lenders and partners have their own equivalents. Switching between workspaces lets you use the right environment for the task at hand.

How to switch workspaces

1. Log in to your portal as normal.
2. Select the ⚙ cog icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Select Switch Workspace from the menu.
4. Choose the workspace you want to switch to from the list.

I can see the wrong data or tools

If things look unfamiliar after logging in — different branding, missing features, or data that doesn't match what you expect — you may be in the wrong workspace. Use the steps above to check which workspace you are currently in and switch if needed.
