Changing your email address

Email address changes on Codeweavers accounts are handled by Codeweavers support — you cannot update your email address directly from your account settings.

Requesting an email address change

To change the email address on your account, contact Codeweavers support with the following information:

• Your current email address
• The new email address you would like to use

Once updated, you will need to use your new email address to log in.

What you can update yourself

From the cog icon in the top-right corner of any Codeweavers portal, select Account Settings to manage the following yourself:

• Your display name
• Your password
• Notification preferences
• Two-factor authentication (2FA)
• Email activity
• Email verification
