If the person who held the Dealer Administrator role at your organisation has left, no one in your team will be able to manage user access until a new Dealer Administrator is assigned. Contact Codeweavers support and we will sort this for you.
What you need to do
Contact Codeweavers support and let us know that your Dealer Administrator has left. We will need the following information to assign the role to someone else:
- The name and email address of the person who should become the new Dealer Administrator
- The name of your organisation
Once we have confirmed the change, the new Dealer Administrator will be able to invite users, manage roles, and update your organisation's settings from the Admin portal.
If you know in advance
If you know a Dealer Administrator is leaving, let Codeweavers support know before they go. We can transfer the role to someone else ahead of time, so there is no gap in your team's ability to manage access.
What is a Dealer Administrator?
A Dealer Administrator is the highest user role within your organisation on the Codeweavers platform. They can invite new users, remove users, change user roles, and update your organisation's settings. Every organisation should have at least one active Dealer Administrator at all times.
