Changing a user's role
Role changes on the Codeweavers platform are not self-service. To change an existing user's role, you contact the Codeweavers support team, who make the change for you. This article explains what to send and what to expect.
How to change a user's role
A user's role cannot be changed within the Admin portal. To upgrade or downgrade an existing user, email the Codeweavers support team at support@codeweavers.net with:
- The user's name
- The role you would like them to have — Dealer User or Dealer Administrator
The support team applies the change and confirms once it is done. The user keeps their existing login throughout — there is no need to remove and re-invite them.
