If a finance proposal fails to submit in your Point of Sale portal, the Codeweavers team will investigate. This article explains what to include in your support ticket so we can identify the cause and resolve it as quickly as possible.
What to include in your support ticket
- Proposal or agreement reference — if you have this, you can skip step 2. The reference number is visible on the proposal record in your Point of Sale portal and is the quickest way for us to locate the submission.
- If you don't have the reference — include the vehicle registration or make and model, the lender the proposal was submitted to, and the customer's surname. We'll use these to find the proposal.
- The exact error message — copy the error text exactly as it appears, or include a screenshot. The wording of the error often tells us immediately where the problem lies.
