Request a rate change for your finance products by notifying the Codeweavers support team with the key details — lender, products, new rate structure, locations, and effective date.
Before you begin
Finance rate changes are applied by the Codeweavers team on your behalf, not through your portal. You'll need to submit a support ticket with the information below.
What to include in your support ticket
- Lender name — which lender the rate change applies to (e.g., Black Horse, Evolution Funding, Close Brothers, Santander).

The new rate and its tiers — provide both the current and new rates, plus how the new rate varies:
Tier type Example Advance amount £10,000–£15,000 = 9.9%; £15,000+ = 10.9% Vehicle type Cars and vans (ex-VAT); LCVs (inc-VAT) Loan term length 24–48 months = 9.9%; 49+ months = 10.5% (if applicable) Vehicle age 0–12 months = 9.9%; 12+ months = 10.9% (if applicable) Other tier-specific rules Manufacturer exclusive, model-specific, or any other tier variations - Promo rates or time-limited offers — if the new rate is promotional or time-limited, include the expiry date and the standard rate it reverts to after the promotion ends.
- Which dealer locations — if your organisation has multiple locations, specify which ones should get the rate change.
- Effective date — the date the new rate should go live.
- A link to an existing example — if possible, provide a link to one of your website pages or a vehicle listing showing the current rate. This helps Codeweavers verify the change once it's made.
- Supporting documentation — optional but helpful. Include a rate card, email, or confirmation letter from your lender. This helps ensure accuracy and provides plan codes sometimes needed for submission.
Timing your request
Codeweavers will apply the rate change across your website, any connected portals (such as AutoTrader or Heycar), and your DMS. Once the change is live, you'll receive confirmation on your support ticket with a link to a live example you can verify.
