Find your retailer ID

Find your unique retailer ID in the Admin App, so you can give it to third parties when they ask for it.

Where to find your retailer ID

  1. Open the Admin App in your Codeweavers Powered Point of Sale. You can do this in one of two ways:
    • Select the menu in the top-right corner of the platform and click the first Admin icon, or
    • Go straight to the Admin App via this link: https://admin.codeweavers.app/ 
  2. Go to Organisation Details in the left-hand column of the Admin App homepage.
  3. Find Organisation Reference in that section. This is your retailer ID, and it's the one to give to third parties when they ask for it. To download a copy, select Export below it.

If you cannot see your Organisation ID, please ensure you are in the Codeweavers Admin, not any other lender space

If you have child organisations

If your organisation has child organisations linked to it, you can download all of their retailer IDs in one go.

  1. Find your retailer ID using the steps above.
  2. Select Export Associated Organisations.
  3. Download the spreadsheet. It lists all of your child organisations and their retailer IDs.
