Dealer Administrators can remove users from their organisation directly from User Management. Removal takes effect immediately.
Before you start
You need the Dealer Administrator role to remove users. If you do not have this role, ask a Dealer Administrator in your organisation to carry out the removal.
How to remove a user
- Log in to your Admin portal.
- Select the ⚙ cog icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select User Management.
- Find the user you want to remove.
- Select the bin icon next to their name.
- Confirm the removal when prompted.
