This article will highlight aspects of Showroom to aid you in getting the most out of the platform.
We'll discuss:
Dashboard
Dashboard provides an overview of what's going on in Showroom, such as the number of leads/proposals; it is also where updates are announced.
The Welcome Banner
Located at the top of Dashboard, the welcome banner states your name and that of your organization.
It has a ‘Create quote’ button—which is handy for getting you quickly to the create a quote page. Conveniently, the banner can also house additional buttons, such as the ‘Start Pre-Approval’ and ‘Create Offer’ buttons—however, this will depend on what your organization sets up.
Leads and Proposals Cards
Below the welcome banner, you typically have a couple of cards; Leads and Proposals. These provide summaries of their respective topics.
Leads are draft applications and proposals are finance applications sent to a lender. Learn more about leads and proposals.
You can view all leads by clicking the 'View all Leads' button. Similarly, click on 'View all Proposals' to see all proposals.
Depending on your organization, other cards may additionally be present, for example, the Orders card.
Vehicles Section
If active, this section shows your vehicle inventory. Conveniently, you can start a quote by clicking on 'New Quote'. Click here to learn more about starting quotes.
Statistics Card
The Statistics card provides a summary of Finance Applications. It shows information such as the number of successful and unsuccessful lender submissions.
Applications and User Guides
Lastly, at the bottom of the Dashboard, you have several guides and a handy list of applications available to you. It is one way to access applications like Admin, Inventory etc. Learn about the other way to app switch here.
Next up, we have 5. The Navigation Panel.
