The Overview page allows you to view the real-time progression of a single customer's journey. It provides details such as the customer's information and the selected finance product. Depending on the stage of the customer's journey, you can access the Overview page from either the Leads or Proposals page.
Core Features of The Overview Page
The Left Column
At the top, you have the Applicant's details: their name, age, address, contact details, etc. Underneath, the applicant's details are their marketing preferences i.e. if/how they'd like to be contacted about topics not directly related to their purchase, e.g. promotional material.
Next, there is the 'Eligibility Check'. When customers complete this, it indicates the likelihood of their finance application being approved.
Last is 'Affordability'. It shows how much of the customer's monthly income goes/ will go into paying for the vehicle.
The Middle Column
The first card is the 'Vehicle' card, which displays information about the vehicle. You can select a new vehicle here by clicking the 'Change vehicle link'.
Next, is the 'Accessories'. If accessories have been added, they'll be shown here. You can add accessories at this point by clicking on 'Add Accessories'.
The 'Quote' card is beneath the Accessories card. It details information such as the term, monthly deposits, APR, et cetera. The card allows you to;
- Edit the quote;
- Print the quote;
- View cost breakdown;
- View every detail related to the quote ('View Details' link).
Next is the Optional Extras’ card. If any Value Added Products (VAPs) are added, they'll be displayed here. To add VAPs, click on 'Add Extras'.
The 'Part Exchange' card will display the details of part exchange.
Last, is the 'Finance Application' card. It details;
- Any outstanding actions, e.g., 'Awaiting action from Lender';
- The destination, i.e., the lender the application is sent to;
- The application status, e.g., 'Referred To Underwriter';
- Submission date;
- Lender reference.
The Right Column
The 'Notes' card keeps a log of what happens in the application. For example, if the application has been sent to a lender, it'll note this. To can make your own notes, simply write in the notes box.
The 'Payment History' card updates when payment details are entered/changed.
Last, is the' History' card. It allows you to filter through application events easily. Click the drop-down menu to filter event types.
