Insights is a Codeweavers app that presents data from customer interactions, helping your team identify trends and make more informed decisions. This article explains how to access Insights and how to get it enabled for your organisation.

Accessing Insights
There are three ways to access your Insights portal.
- Navigate directly to your Insights portal and sign in with your Codeweavers credentials.
- Sign in to the Codeweavers platform and select Insights from the app menu.
- Within any Codeweavers app — such as Point of Sale — use the app switcher in the top-right corner to move to Insights without signing in again.
Enabling Insights
Insights is not enabled by default. Contact your Codeweavers account manager to have it enabled for your organisation.
Screenshots show example data. Your portal will look the same with your own organisation's data and settings.
