The Campaigns page is the first page in LenderHub and displays all the finance packages you offer to retailers. This article explains how to create a complete campaign — including term groups and terms — and how to locate campaigns you have already created.
In this article

Creating a campaign
- Select Create campaign.
- In the panel that appears, name your campaign and select Create campaign.
Your campaign is created. A campaign needs terms before it is complete — continue with the steps below.
Creating a term group
Terms are the rules a campaign follows. Term groups are a way of organising terms. You must create a term group before adding terms, and you must be within a campaign to do so.
After creating a campaign you are taken to the Terms section automatically. If you need to navigate there manually, select Campaigns from the navigation panel and open the relevant campaign.
- Select Create term group (top right).
- In the panel that appears, name your term group and select Create term group.
Creating a term
- Select + New term.
- In the panel that appears, name your term, select a product from the dropdown, and select Create term.
Full example
Here is a complete example of building a campaign from start to finish. A lender wants to create a campaign for NewAge cars.
- Select Create campaign and enter the name NewAge cars Q1.
- Select Create term group and name it Hire Purchase.
- Select + New term and complete the panel:
- Name the term NewAge HP.
- Select Codeweavers Hire Purchase from the product dropdown.
- Select Create term.
- On the next page, the hire-purchase rule is shown. Select Create new group to add follow-up rule groups.

Locating campaigns
Active campaigns appear on the Campaigns page. To include inactive campaigns, uncheck Hide Inactive at the top of the page, next to the search bar.

To find a specific campaign, use the search bar at the top of the page.
Screenshots show example data. Your portal will look the same with your own organisation's data and settings.
