Promotions lets you create and manage deals that apply across multiple vehicles in your Point of Sale and on any Codeweavers-connected vehicle listing websites, using packages to group and control when and where each promotion runs.

How Promotions works

Promotions uses two building blocks: packages and promotions.

A package sets the scope — which finance products, organisations, vehicle availability types, and date range apply. A promotion sits inside a package and defines the deal itself: which vehicles are included, what finance discount is offered, and whether an offer banner appears on calculators, quotes, and emails.

You can add multiple promotions to a single package. All promotions in a package share the same date range, products, and availability settings defined by the package.

The Promotions page

The Promotions page gives you four quick-action tiles and a table of your existing packages.

The Packages table shows each package's name, the finance products it covers, its active date range, and its current status. Use the action buttons on each row to expand or collapse the package, edit it, or delete it.
