Creating a promotion

Add a promotion to an existing package, specifying the vehicles it covers, the discounts on offer, how it appears in the offer banner, and the promotion details.

Before you begin

You need an existing package before you can create a promotion. If you have not created one yet, see Creating a package first.

Open the Create Promotion form

1. Navigate to your Showroom portal and select Promotions from the navigation panel.
2. Click the name of the package you want to add a promotion to.
3. Click Create promotion.

Add vehicles

1. In the Vehicles section, use the search or filter controls to find the vehicles to include.
2. Select each vehicle to add it to the promotion.

Add discounts

1. In the Discounts section, click Add discount.
2. Choose the discount type and enter the relevant values.
3. Repeat for any additional discounts.

Set the offer banner

1. In the Offer Banner section, enter the text and styling options that will appear in the customer-facing banner.

Enter promotion details and save

1. In the Details section, enter a name for the promotion and complete any remaining fields.
2. Click Save. You are returned to the package detail page.
