Deleting a promotion

You can delete an individual promotion from a package, or delete an entire package along with all the promotions it contains.

Delete a promotion

  1. In your Point of Sale portal, navigate to Promotions.
  2. In the Packages table, click the name of the package that contains the promotion you want to delete.
  3. In the Promotions list on the package detail page, click the delete (bin) icon next to the promotion.
  4. Confirm when prompted.

Delete a package

Deleting a package removes the package and all the promotions it contains.

  1. In your Point of Sale portal, navigate to Promotions.
  2. In the Packages table, click the delete (bin) icon on the row for the package you want to remove.
  3. A confirmation banner appears at the top of the page. Click Confirm to delete, or Cancel to go back.
