Point of Sale is the Codeweavers platform app for managing your sales workflow — from capturing leads to submitting finance applications.
The dashboard
When you log in to your Point of Sale portal you arrive at the dashboard. It gives you a real-time view of sales activity across your organisation — what has been started by customers and what has been completed by your team.
The dashboard is made up of several cards, each showing a different part of your workflow.
The welcome banner
The welcome banner sits at the top of the dashboard and displays call-to-action buttons configured by your organisation, such as Create Quote. The actions available on your banner depend on how your organisation has set up Point of Sale.
Leads, orders, and proposals
The leads, orders, and proposals cards give you a snapshot of customer activity at each stage of the journey. You can see how many items are at each stage and navigate directly to the relevant list from each card.
The vehicle carousel
When active, the vehicle carousel displays your current inventory on the dashboard. You can browse available vehicles and start a quote directly from a vehicle card by clicking New Quote.
Platform updates
Platform updates inform you of changes and improvements made to the Codeweavers platform. Click the settings cog in Point of Sale and select Platform Updates to open the News and Updates page, where all recent changes are listed.
