Accessing user management

User management in the Codeweavers platform lives inside the Admin portal. This article shows you where to find it and who can access it.

Where to find user management

User management is available in your Admin portal. To get there:

1. Log in to your Admin portal.
2. Select the ⚙ cog icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Select User Management from the menu.

The User Management screen lists all users associated with your organisation, along with their roles and status.

Who can access user management

Only users with the Dealer Administrator role can view and manage users. If you do not see the cog icon or the User Management option, your account does not have the Dealer Administrator role.
