Web Analytics enables you to track how visitors interact with your website.

Accessing Web Analytics

To access Web Analytics, choose 'Web Analytics' from the 'Welcome back' banner or the navigation panel.

The Web Analytics data available depends on the Codeweavers products your organisation has. For example, you might have Checkout but not Remote Apply, so only Checkout will appear.

Types of Web Analytics data

Web Analytics is grouped into 3 categories: Calculations, Journeys, and Associate Organisations.

Calculations

Under calculations, you have data such as

• Backend calculations — contains information such as the number of calculations per day, popular finance products, etc.

• Lender and finance product — shows the number of times single requests are made using an API key (excluding bulk calculations).

• Flexi Calc

• Plugins

Under journeys, you'll find

• Rate for risk
• Part exchange
• Reserve
• Apply
• Storefront

Under associate organisations, you find

• Journey statistics
