The data on the Proposal page is organized into six categories.

Calls to Action
This covers the following,
- Print quote: The total number of customers that have printed finance quotations
- Email quote: The total number of customers who use 'Email me this quote' to get a finance application.
- Lead generated: The total number of leads created by 'Email me this quote'.
Finance Applications
You can find information about the customer's actions under the finance applications section.
- Opened: The total number of finance applications your consumers open.
- Lead generated: The total number of leads generated by the finance application.
- Form submitted: The number of customers that completed and submitted a finance application.
- Drop off: The percentage of customers that start but do not finish a finance application.
- Successful lender submission: The total number of finance applications sent to the lender.
- Unsuccessful lender submission: The total number of failed finance application submissions.
Product popularity
Presented as a pie chart, it shows how popular products are, e.g. how many consumers prefer cash to hire-purchase.
Proposal statuses
Proposal statuses (also presented as pie charts) show the percentage of approved proposals referred to an underwriter, etc.
Part exchanges
This section contains information, such as the number of VRM lookups and the drop-off percentage.
- Opened: The number of customers that have opened the Part Exchange journey.
- VRM lookups: The number of customers who searched for VRMs during the part exchange process.
- Drop off: The percentage of customers who've started part exchange but did not finish.
- Valuations: The total number of unique VRM valuations performed on the Part Exchange Journey.
- Distinct VRM valuations: The total number of unique VRM valuations performed on the Part Exchange Journey.
- Discuss opened: The total number of customers who have opened the 'Discuss Your Valuation' form.
- Leads generated: The total number of leads generated from the Part Exchange Journey. These are in the Leads tab.
Reservations
Here, you'll find data on reservations. It shows four data points,
- (Reservations) Started
- Lead Generated
- (Reservations) Completed
- Payment taken
Next, Filtering, downloading and printing proposal statistics.
