You can filter Insights data and download them as reports in CSV or PDF format.

Types of Insights data,

• Proposal statistics
• Calculation statistics
• Reports
• Web analytics

It might be helpful to group Insights data into customer/lead/sales data, and website user data.

Customer (or Leads) Data

Under this group, we could include 'Proposal Statistics', 'Calculation Statistics', and 'Reports'. This categorization is because they provide numbers, usually associated with purchases.

Website User Data

This is about ‘Web Analytics’, that is, visitors' actions on your website. For example, how many pages users have viewed or how many submissions they’ve made.
